Tom Graffeo, CFP^® CIMA is a Wealth Manager who focuses his practice on pursuing stability for his clients when it comes to their financial future. With more than 30 years of experience, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and education to his practice. As a consultant to advisors in the investment industry for the last 15 years, Tom worked with and coached various prominent advisors in Southern California.

A graduate of the University of Southern California (1985) with a degree in economics, Tom went on to work for some of the biggest financial firms in the world. Most recently he was a vice president with Alliance Bernstein and ING Group, two of the largest financial firms in the world. Along the way Tom became a Certified Financial Planner Professional^TM (CFP^®), earning a planning degree from The College of Financial Planning. He also attended The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business to earn the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). These educational experiences distinguish Tom in the investment community, as very few advisors have both designations. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Investment Management Consultants Association and Kingdom Advisors.

Tom lives in South Orange County and attends Saddleback Church. He supports Strong Tower ministries, an outreach program for disadvantaged children in Orange County and Baja California.

Tyler Graffeo, CFP® is a financial advisor at Dove Investment Research and Management who focuses on helping individuals and families bring clarity and structure to their financial lives. Tyler’s work centers on building goal-based financial plans and implementing disciplined investment strategies designed to support long-term decision-making through changing markets and life transitions.

Tyler became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional after completing the CFP® certification process in 2025, including the required education and comprehensive exam. He brings a process-driven approach to planning and portfolio implementation, helping clients translate complex topics like retirement planning, tax-aware decisions, and cash flow structure into clear, actionable next steps.

Tyler graduated from Baylor University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems and held leadership roles in his business fraternity. Tyler lives in Laguna Beach, CA and attends Mariners Church. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Willow, learning about new technology, and loves trying new food.

Rob's focus on the Dove Investment Research and Management team is on leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, business development and serving as a resource to our clients in kingdom perspective and generosity.  

Rob has a proven track record of leadership, with more than 35 years of as an organizational leader with several dynamic and growing organizations in Orange County. As an executive team member at Mariners Church and Saddleback Church and COO at Operation Snap Dragon, he has successfully built highly effective teams, maximized people and resources for growth and developed new partnerships focused on collaboration and synergy.

Rob lives in Irvine with his wife of 44 years, Jennifer. Rob and Jennifer attend Harbor Point Church. They support the JESUS Film Project, Jordanian Evangelical Seminary (JETS), EQUIP, R180, and The Finishing Fund

Jessica works with Dove Investment Research and Management as an Administrative Associate. Jessica is a graduate of California Polytechnic University at Pomona, where she received All-American honors playing basketball for the Broncos. After college, Jessica worked in daytime television as an Associate Producer for Paramount and Fox Studios. She has held many key volunteer positions in the community with sports, school and church, while raising her family. Jessica currently resides in South Orange County, CA with her husband Tom and their 5 children.
