Rob has a proven track record of leadership, with more than 35 years as an organizational leader with several dynamic and growing organizations. As an executive team member at Mariners Church and Saddleback Church and COO at Operation Snap Dragon, he has successfully built highly effective teams, maximized people and resources for growth, and developed new partnerships focused on collaboration and synergy.

Rob has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 44 years. They support the JESUS Film Project, Jordanian Evangelical Seminary (JETS), EQUIP, R180, and The Finishing Fund
